1. Get your fertility kit.

How to place your order on-line in less than 3 minutes and get your sample collection kit send to you within 3 business days.

In order to be able to ensure the validity of the results, we will provide you with a special box containing all the required equipment to collect your samples called the "Fertility Kit". Your Fertility Kit will be at your address within 3 business days after placing your on-line order, depending on your location.

Don't forget: When you receive the Fertility Kit box, remove the sample collection vials and store them according to the test-specific sample collection instructions included in your Fertility Kit box until use.

✔ Go to “Our Tests”, choose the appropriate category from the drop-down menu, and choose your tests.

✔ When you are ready to order a test, just click “add to cart” and you will see your order has been placed in your cart on the top right of the screen. Click on the little cart icon there to proceed to the check out, and follow the instructions. You will be able to pay on-line for both testing and shipping please note that two-way shipping includes the cost of both the Fertility kit being sent to your location and the return shipping back to to the lab for testing.

✔ After you successfully place your order you will wait for a confirmatory e-mail by the courier service within the next working day, notifying you that your sample collection equipment is being shipped to your address.

2. Prearrange pick-up of your samples.

How to have your samples send back for analysis with almost no involvement by you!

✔ Prior to collecting your sample you need to arrange for transportation of your sample to the lab for analysis. At least two days before the sample pick-up date, log in or register and click on “Sample pick up”. You will be required to enter the unique 10-digit Box ID number found on your Fertility Kit box, fill in sample and patient information, sample pick-up address and desired pick-up date. Aft­er you complete the sample pick-up request, you will wait for a confirmatory e-mail by the courier service within the next working day.

✔ We will make all arrangement for pick-up of the sample from your address via specialized DHL express courier service without any further involvement by you other than handing the box over to the courier.

3. Collect your samples.

How to collect your samples and prepare the Fertility Kit box for the courier.

Some types of samples like semen and menstrual blood can be self-collected by you at home while others like peripheral blood should be collected by a healthcare professional in a licensed medical facility.

✔ When you receive the Fertility Kit box, remove the sample collection vials and store them according to the test-specific sample collection instructions included in your Fertility Kit box until use.

✔ When ready for sample collection, follow the test-specific sample collection instructions included in your Fertility Kit.

✔ On the designated date of sample pick-up, label the sample vials with the required information, place in the clear “biohazard” plastic bag and seal it. Place the bag in your Fertility Kit box, including any Styrofoam or other type of space filler in order to stop the bag from rolling around in the box during transport. Don’t forget to attach the “EXEMPT HUMAN SPECIMEN” sticker on the outside top of the box.

That's it. You are done.

Make sure that on the day of pick up you will be there to hand the fertility kit with your samples over to the courier.

✔ Your samples will be transported to the laboratories for processing and you will receive your results within 10 business days from sample receipt in the lab.
