Anti‚Äďpaternal antibody detection in maternal serum. ¬†Method : ¬†Following isolation and extensive washing of paternal peripheral blood mononuclear cells, incubation with maternal blood serum is performed (crossmatch). In parallel, incubation with the paternal ¬†serum ¬†is performed as ¬†negative ¬†control. ¬†The ¬†cells ¬†are then ¬†washed ¬†and ¬†incubated ¬†with ¬†the following combinations of monoclonal antibodies (triple direct immunofluorescence ‚Äď FITC/PE/ECD): ¬†CD3 ‚Äď CD19 ‚Äď IgM and CD3 ‚Äď CD19 ‚Äď IgG followed by flow cytometry analysis.
