Description
Analysis of NK populations in comparison to the other lymphocyte populations through isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and evaluation by flow cytometry immunofluorescence analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The following monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are used for direct immunofluorescence staining of mononuclear cells in appropriate combinations: anti-CD3, anti-CD4, anti-CD8, anti-CD19, anti-CD16, anti-CD56, anti-CD45 and anti-CD14 labeled with fluorochromes. Different combinations of the above antibodies in aliquots of the same blood sample determine the percentage of each cell population.
