REFUND POLICY
To receive a refund for an unused FERTILYSIS box, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of placing your order contact FERTILYSIS Customer Care. In case your sample has already been received by FERTILYSIS and processing has begun you are not eligible for a refund.
If you request a refund, we will refund the balance of the total purchase price after subtracting your shipping and handling charges of 30 Euro.
In case the analysis of your sample is not successful, for any reason *, you will receive an email notifying you that a sample replacement is needed. Then you will be able to submit a request for a replacement FERTILYSIS box. In the event of a second sample failure, you will be able to request a refund for the purchase price of the test after subtracting shipping and handling charges.
REFUND PROCESSING
Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the same credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation by our Customer Care team that the conditions of the refund have been met.
International orders paid for in Euros are refunded at the exchange rate for EUR effective at the time of the refund request. If a refund is issued after a change to the currency rate, customers may receive a refund amount greater or lesser than what they paid in their local currency. FERTILYSIS is not responsible for currency rate changes that occur after the order is placed.
If a purchase of two or more tests is what qualifies your order for a discount and you request a refund on part of the order or if a sample fails analysis twice, the refund will be applied to the original retail price of the entire order.
* It is not always known why it is more difficult to analyze some samples over others. If necessary, the lab will make multiple attempts at all stages of the process in order to provide results.
